We know you’ve been waiting to see how Leah did in the rest of the challenge.

Listen in to Part 2 as Leah gives tips and tricks from N-Z. Take our word for it, your marriage and home is about to turn around after hearing some of these Novel shalom bayis tips filled with Leah’s Zest.

N. Never give up. There is always something a wife can do to improve her marriage.

O. Open one eye. Before marriage, look closely with two eyes, after marriage, close one eye. Choose not to focus on mistakes.

P. Perfectionism– is an enemy and there’s always a cost- it puts unnecessary stress on you and your family. Be ok with good enough.

Q. Queen– being a queen means you have a level of dignity in every moment. Keep the mindset of “what does G-d want from me right now.”

R. Rest. Life is stressful but some stress is self-imposed. Rest wherever you can.

S. Shalom. Keep it as the focus, it’s the most important thing; it starts with shalom bayis.

T. Tefilla (Prayer). People think there’s no time to daven as there’s too much to do, but they’d have less to do if they davened. Every day brings countless opportunities for conversations with Hashem.

U. Understanding. Being more understanding with others starts with being understanding to ourselves.

V. Value your life. There may be issues but find the value- screaming kids are a challenge but also a blessing.

W. Watch your words. It’s satisfying to be sarcastic or put someone down, but it damages relationships.

X. eXtend yourself. It doesn’t mean you don’t have boundaries or let yourself be walked all over but push yourself a little more than you currently are.

Y. YET- You’re Eligible Too. Get out of the box you’ve put yourself in and tell yourself “YET”, and you’ll accomplish more. You can be the person you envision yourself to be.

Z. Zerizus (alacrity). Catapult your guf (body) to follow your neshama’s (soul’s) will through action. Choose one of the above actions, don’t hesitate and work on it.
