We’ve never had more ways to connect. Yet, why do we feel so disconnected?
Join Leah with Sara Yoheved Rigler for a phenomenal show where you’ll learn a practical way to bring Hashem into your life in only 8 seconds! Your life will be transformed after this show. The best part? It’s quick and easy… how us busy women like it!
Points to Ponder:
Sometimes we get to the end of the day and realize Hashem where were you. Of course, it’s where was I, Hashem is always there.
When you think of Hashem, you’re with Hashem.
It can literally takes 8 seconds to connect to Hashem.
Choose any mitzva, and just think I’m doing this to connect with You and you’ve done a mitzva.
Doing mitzvos without kavana (intent) is almost worthless. The kavana is to bond with Hashem.
Ramban says that we should keep Hashem and our love for Him in mind constantly.
There are so many opportunities to bond with Him by simply thinking about it.
Rav Pincus says when you think of Hashem, you’re with Hashem.
The spiritual path of women is different to the spiritual path of men.
For example, any time we do anything for our husband we are doing 2 mitzvos- chesed and going in Hashem’s ways. So, bringing your husband coffee, shopping for the family, doing laundry are simple daily tasks that with the right mindset can become bigger mitzvos. It takes less than 8 seconds to think about this.
Within 8 seconds, Hashem is in the picture.
How do we do that practically? Choose 2 mitzvos and have 1 thought. One should be with a chesed you do eg looking after your husband and one should be about looking after your health. Eg crossing the street safely, exercising or drinking water.
Then tell yourself: I am doing the mitzva of (blank) in order to bond with you Hashem.
Hashem created us in order to have a relationship with us. How many mitzvos do we do, all without relating to Hashem?
Relationships bring joy. Who knew it could be so simple with an 8 second formula!
